I was in town for work for a few days so figured I'd try out some of the local food spots, wish I came here on my first day! I would have come back every day! Food was fantastic great spice well made coctail and a fantastic slice of pie to wrap it up. Nothing fancy just good food which is the point is it not? Can't say when I'll be in town again but I'll be sure to make it a point to come back for some more. Staff were great, fair prices, if you live in town you got to come and check it out, FIVE stars!!!

Fun restaurant with good vibes & great pork & chicken dishes! Staff is also very friendly and provides excellent service. I ordered the Sweetfire Porker with rice & beans. The portion sizes were huge! The pork was succulent with a spicy sauce, if you can’t handle heat, try to out the jerk or tropical options.

Wow, wow, and wow! Everyone is super nice and welcoming! My daughter and I both loved our food. I had the sweet fire chicken and best believe you can taste the heat and the Flavor I had one alcoholic beverage and it was very tasty. We really enjoyed all the drawings on the wall. It felt homey and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. And can't wait until we come back for the food and the people.

The food was incredible, and the staff was amazing. I have never been so satisfied with a restaurant experience before; this place is one of the best! The staff was kind, helpful, and clearly enjoyed serving us. The food was exceptionally delicious! My son and I both had the curried goat, and while I was initially skeptical—I had never tried goat before—I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We left feeling full, satisfied, and happy. If you are looking for a unique dining experience with traditional Jamaican food, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Konga is an amazing little hidden gem/hole in the wall restaurant. Amazing flavours, surprisingly great burger, and I love the sweet fire sauce. Save room for the key lime pie.

I’ve been going to Konga Cafe for over a decade and it’s probably one of my all time favourite restaurants. The food is always delicious (sweetfire chicken is my go to) and you have to save room for the key lime pie (or get it to go). Konga Cafe is a family run restaurant, and the staff shine with how warm and welcoming they are. The service they provide is fantastic. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone in Saskatoon!

It was years since we had been (pre covid) so I was pumped, as it has always been a favourite of mine! Got the curry goat, BBQ ribs, and jerked chops.. all excellent as ever and reasonably priced with nice big portion sizes! Everyone I have brought here through the years has been impressed with the food, including my late grandmother who was hesitant to even enter. Baby girl seemed to enjoy herself but made some faces trying things as she isn't quite on food yet. Very attentive staff, great people and good vibes all around! Bless up!

I went here with my husband and mom today. I had heard good things about it and wanted to try somewhere new. My husband is a big eater and so we wanted something with decent portions. This place did not disappoint. The food was so good. To start we had shrimp with peanut sauces () for mains, my husband had the goat curry, I had da Konga burger with dill salad and my mom had the tropical bbq chicken. For dessert we had the key lime pie; which was probably the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the food great, but the atmosphere was even better. It’s a welcoming and loving environment. We will be back. Thanks for having us
